Great Southern Web Design offers the following guarantee....

We will offer any new or returning customer an obligation free assessment and quote. You don't pay a cent until we both have a good idea what needs to be done and the potential costs involved.

Upon receiving confirmation that you (the 'customer') are happy with the initial assessment and wish to proceed, we will continue to communicate with you on a regular basis about the projects progress.

There will be no intentionally 'hidden costs' at any time during the project. In the unlikely event that unexpected costs do arise, we will let you know before proceeding.

Upon completion of the project, the customer will have a two week "trial period" to make sure the design is working as expected. We will continue to offer technical support and/or 'refinements' (as part of the original agreement) during this time if required.

Most importantly, we want you to be very satisfied with the end result.
